SYDNEY, July 20. A meeting of union secretaries repufl i a ted M r J. S. Gard e n ’ s (Secr e t a r y Trades Council) proposed scheme of irritation strikes and go-slow generally. The Sydney Labour Council adopted the report recommending the go-slow scheme as counter to the Government’s contemplated legislation, abolishing the forty-four hours week and reducing wages.
