Interviewed by the Australian Press on the subject of the Postmaster-Gener-al, Mr Kelleway’s announcements, Mr Fisk says Mr Kelleway’s statement shows the British Government has definitely abandoned the Norman relay scheme in favour of direct communication with the Dominions.
