SOVIET ANT’PATHY TO FRANCE. THREAT TO RETALIATE. (Received July 7, 10 p.m.) THE HAGUE, July 6, M. Ilokolokoff, the Soviet Finance Minister addressing journalists hero launched into a fiery attack on a certain delegation at The Hague, which, he said, was trying to “sabotage” the conference. “Unlike us,” ho said, “they are not. here in the hope of reaching an agreement, but with a secret hope to see all tho bridges destroyed between the.
