ALIEN BRITISHERS.
LONDON, July G. The Commons read a second time the British Nationality and Status of Aliens Bill, under which British children born in a foreign country, whose birth is registered at a British consulate, and who at 21 years of age declare their nationality as British, shall be legudy entitled to British citizenship. It was stated the Dominions would legislate similarly.
