COMMON POLICY AGREED ON. SYDNEY, June 30. The Union Congress adopted the report of the subcommittee appointed with the object of reconciling the constitutional ami the revolutionary elements. The report recommended reaffirming the policy adopted at the June Congress. 1921, and endorsing the Brisbane objective of October, 1921, and calling all the Labour bodies to make provision along the lines of the British and New Zealand Labour Parties for im orporat ion of all Labour schools of thought with freedom of propaganda ami organisation, but loyalty to the decisions of the representative conference. The report was adopted by 93 votes to 54.
