LONDON, June 30. The “Daily Express” Beilin correspondent says that Techow, Fischer and Kauer are members of the notorious monarchist organisation Consul, and formerly belonged to Ehrhardt Brigade. They confessel’ not only to the mur dors of Rathenau and Erzberger, but also regarding the inner workings of Consul and the facts relating to a hundred political murders committed since 1919 and hitherto a complete mystery, but now fully known to the police. Startling revelations regarding the intimate relations between Helfferich, von Jagow, Count West.irp (leader of the Prussian Conservatives) and the murderers of Dr Rathenau are disclosed by the arrest of the student Guenther who, it is alleged, secured the motor-car for Dr Rathenau’s assailants. It is understood that Ludendorff, Helfferich and Westnrp, fearing arrest, are contemplating flight to Lond<n.
