Two hundred thousand peopie were present. Tn the Reichstag on Sunday, Herr Weis, on behalf of the Majoritv Socialists, declared that the, Monarchists’ flag in Germany had become the standard for murder. Heiferrich said that ii should disappear from public life. Hergt, (Pau German), denounced the tragedy but said that the Presidential decrees were opposed to the spirit of the constitution, and were destructive io liberty. Crispicn (Independent Socialist) stated that all officers should be dismissed from the Reichwehr police, and th property of the former ruling houses should be confiscated for purposes oi reparations. Chancellor "Wirth said that he saw the Lustgartens demonstration which was orderly and calm but beneath this discipline lies a volcanic eruption, which would teach a severe lesson. The nation’s enemies were those who poured poison into the wounds of the nation, and those enemies were on the Right. ERZBERGER’S MURDER RECALLED. BERLIN. June 26. A sensational clue to Rathenau’s assailauts was furnished by a man who met some motorists, with goggles off, standing by a car. Their description tallies with that of Schultz and Tineessen, the murderers of Erzberger. SUSPECTS ARRESTED. WORKMEN FIGHT JUNKERS. BERLIN, June 26. In connection with Rathenau’s asassination, Captain Carl Tilleessen brother of the suspected murderer of Erzberger and Captain Hoffman, also suspected of complicity in the recent attempt upon tho life of Scheideman, Majority Socialist, and eleven members of a Bavarian Secret Society, have . been arrested. Collisions between Monarchists and workmen are reported at Loschwitz. Nuremberg and Freiburm. The casualties were not serious.
