DANCING COMPETITIONS. DUNEDIN, Alay 29. The Dancing and Piping Competitions here commenced to-night before a large attendance, with numerous entries, competitors being present from practically all parts of the Dominion. The results were:— Strathsspey and Reel Playing (all comers). — Ist, John Cameron (Southland); 2nd, Chas. MacDonald (AA’anganui); 3rd. Archibald AlcMillan (Dunedin); 4th Angus AlcAlillan (Dunedin).
