THE RUSSIAN ARMY.
[A. and N. Z. Cable ON THE QUI VIVE. COPENHAGEN, May 23. According to messages from Poland large forces of Russia cavalry are advancing on Poljessie. The district railway to Minsk is busily engaged transporting infantry. The Polish Government states that it has raised the Polish Army from 250,000 to 350,000. Pinsk is being fortified. The Russians have also despatched three divisions to the Roumanian frontier.
