■ PROSECUTION AT MURCHISON. NELSON, May 15. Al Ihe Murchison Police Court this morning - , before Mr -1. Bradbury, J.P.. Thomas Henry Baglist was charged that on Ma.rch 11, at Gowan Valley, there wrs found in his possession :pi i illicit still, suited for the purpose of manufacturing whisky. Inspector Mathieson conducted the • use, and, after Constable Robertson gave evidence he asked for a remand Lennart Englebreeht offered to be security for Ba gust. The Court adjourned the case until the :.'7th inst, the accused I<> appear on that dale. i The amused was granted bail of £5OO and Hill’s bond was also fixed at £5OO.
