— I ALLIES' REPEATED ATTACKS. (Admiralty, per Wireless Press) LONDON, October 10 German official: Yeterday morning's attacks was a prelude to a battle 1 on a twenty kilometres front between Bixschoptc and Gheluvelt lasting far j into the night, our enemies repeatedly assaulting, six times at some points. The enemy captured 1500 ftretres of ground in the neighborhood of Draaback. Manghlaere, Veldhoek, and Poeclappclle. We firmly held our lines at Poelcappelle, to the southward of Gheluvelt. -• i
