Mr. D. C. Bates reports: Cloudiness has increased generally and freshening- northerly winds have prevailed to-day. The barometer has. fallen slightly.
Present indications are for high north-west to south-west winds and stormy weather with rain probable generally and the barometer falling everywhere.
