WOMEN'S SUFFRAGE SAFE.
(Reed. August 20, at 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, August 20. Mr J. W Gulland, replying. to the Scottish Women's Suffrage deputation, said it was only a matter of time until they received the vote. They might consider women's suffrage practically . safe.
