GREAT CHANGE IN POSITION. AGITATION AT PRESENT DEPRECATED. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn) LONDON, August 10. " Mr. J. "W. Grulland reported that he told a suffrage deputation that mere had, been recently a great advance in the attitude of the Governme it upwards women's suffrage, enfranchisement, and a lot of old-fashioned pie judices in Parliament.. He advised women- to refrain .f'om agitation at present.
