QUARTERLY SESSIONS
The quarterly sessions of the Supreme Court, Greymouth, will commence on Monday next at 11 a.m., before his Honor Mr Justice Denniston. The 1 following is among the business set down : —
CRIMINAL
Norman John Dickenson, alleged theft of postal packet at Otira.
Wirema Rama and Mai Rangi Tafcamoro, alleged theft from dwelling and breaking and entering . Harry Gibbons, alleged assault of police with intent to commit a crime.
CIVIL.
Noel Peat (Mr F. D. Sargent) v. William Goss (Mr Weston), claim for £905 Is 3d for alleged breach of contract, etc., and William Goss v. Noel Peat, a counter claim for £460 13s for goods supplied. (Before his Honor and a common jury of twelve.)
IN BANCO
Superintendent of Workers Dwellings v. Thomas Joseph Magee, an originating summons for possession of dwelling, Work. ers' Homes Settlement. Cobden.
