SYDNEY, June 11
The 36t.1i casualty list is as follows : — Lieut. Siddall, twenty-three non-coms, and men, including Private Hart, a New Zealander, who died from wounds.
Wounded. — Lieut. Giles, 215 noncoms, and men, including Sert. Major Tastamond, Privates Wilson and Williams, Tsew Zealand ; dangerously ill, fourteen, including Private Gambling (New Zealand), previously reported, as wounded.
LONDON, June 10. The High Commissioner reports as follows: —
In the Kovno direction, between the Niemen and the Wirkallen railway, the enemy made slight progress in the forest of Kozwovururaa. On the Dneister-Ugartsberg-Jidatcheff front the enemy were repulsed on Monday and Tuesday., over 800 rjrisoners, 10 officers and five machine guns being taken.
