Mr. Lloyd-George's speech found a ready echo at Moscow, which is a great industrial centre.
The masters held meetings in order to co-ordinate their efforts. All, establishments which had hitherto been engaged in the manufactuhe of luxuries and articles not essential, to the wellbeing of the people, will be adapted to the production of war supplies.
