MESSAGE TO THE STAY-AT-
HOMES.
(Reed g p.m.) SYDNEY, June 10. The newspapers are teeming- with letters from the wounded.
All are characterised by a spirit of pride at the showing the A-ustra-lian and New Zealanders made at the Dardanelles..
TL'ere is a cheerful desire to get back to the firing! line. Many urgently appeal to me homestayers to give a hand. • One says: Fellows want 10 shake themselves up in Australia and enlist. They are all wanted to take the boys places. It has got to be done without delay. Every voung-Vlow ought to take a turn now.
Another writes : "TL'ere's no place like- home, but those blokes will get stopped quick and lively.'* A third writes: "After this war there will be a great brotherhood of all men and women participating. Any family which cannot show a ; scar of some kind will sort of be without tLe circle.'
