GANG OPERATING IN WELLINGTON. (Per Press Association). WELLLINGON, June 20. Several insance of garrotting have been operated lately in Wellington, and in two cases at least, men we're robbed of money. A coloured man was held up a night or two ago by three men, one of whom cut n rrousrr pocket out con. + ianing money, the kg beirnjr injured in the process.
