Summary: Fair weather has prevailed except on the West Coast, southward of 'Cape Egmont and in the southernmost! districts where the. weather has been unsettled and showery at times. The barometer has been unsteady but continued high with moderate and variable winds.
Forecast: Present' indications are for fair to cloudy weather generally with increasing haze and humidity shorMy for a- low pressure area due to -a pass in the south. About Sunday the winds will probably be freshening from the northward after about i-wenty hours and Ihe glass will fall everywhere. . -
