HE HAS NOT DECIDED
WELLINGTON, Sept. 22
.Mr. F. Laury, M.P. for Parnell, told a reporter this evening that he had not yet decided whether he would stand at the coming election or not. He would address his constituents next Monday and after that ho would announce his decision.
