SERIOUS CHARGES.

The police received advice on Saturday that a man named Edward Reynolds had been arrested at Rotorua, and charged with supplying an instrument for an unlawful purpose. In connection with the matter, a woman named Annie Petersen has been arrested here charged with using the instrument for an unlawful purpose.
