LONDON, July 25. Only three out of fifteen clauses in the Evicted Tenants Bill were discussed before the Bill was guillotined. Owing to many measures reaching the House of Lords with clauses passed without discussion, Lord Camperdown proposes that in future Bills shall be so printed as to show what portion the House of Commons closured. .
THE CAPTURED KAID. RAISULI'S THREAT.
LONDON, July 26. The Daily Mail states that. Raisuli has compelled all his retainers to wihdraw from Sir Henry MacLeanJs camp, and the position is becoming dangerous.
