THE OFFICE BEARERS.

WELLINGTON, June 23 , At a meeting of representatives of the West Coast, South Island, it was decided to form a West Coast Associa tion here for the, purpose of cementin the friendship of West Coasters, -fa, A. R. Guinness presided and was elect ed President. The meeting""pledged itself to support Mr T. .Y. Seddon's candidature for the Westland seat. The following office-bearers ' were elected. — Vice-Presidents : Mrs Seddon, Hon R. H. J. Reeves, M.L.C., Messrs R. McKenzie, W .T. Wood, and R. Colvin M.H.R's. T. Dwan (Ben) M. Kennedy, F.
