(Before M,r Kcfarflcjk,: I S.M.) The .fallowing cases were dealt vith at the Court yesterday : — Thomas Cochrane was charged vith being found in a helpless state )f drunkenness in Mackay Street. Che accused said that he did not enow whether he was drunk or not rat he was in the "horrors."
