The entry at Preston Yards yesterday consisted of 45 prime bullocks ' and heifers, 300 ewes and wethers, ex ship, 38 cattle, 350 sheep and lambs from the $r.ey Valley and Haupiri districts. The whole of the entry r was placed under the hammer and made the following prices: 2 extra heavy bullocks £12 ss; heavy to medium weights £10 5s to £9 ; light weights £81756 dto £6 10s; prime heavy h'eifeys £8 15^. to uEZ.'lOs; l|glfb weights £6 10s to £.5 ss.
