The above match was coutinued yesterday afternoon. The weaiher was again bad and the wicket dead. With 41 to save an inniugs defeat Westport went in for their second innings, but were all disposed of for 43, Fair batting nicely for 15, and Hunt 11, being top scorers. The Grey team went to the wickets afterwards for seme practice, and when stumps were drawn had rattled up 90 for the loss of 3 wick-ts. Afternoon tea was provided by Mrs Chalk. The scores are : — Westport, 2nd innings.
