The Times New York correspondent says that Arao?riea accepts the Alaska Commission as a proof of England'j friendship. A new and las. ing bond of union will probably result in a greater diplomatic triumph for all concerned than the HayPauncefofce Treaty. It is expected tint the Senate will notify the acceptance of the Treaty, and adds that Lord Chief Jusrice Alverstone will probably be one of the British Commissioners.
