[BY BLttOTRIO TELEGRAPH— COPYRIGHT. (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Melbourne, Jan 24. The Probate Bill recently rejected by the Council was reintroduced in the Assembly. The Treasurer stated it was »n essential part of the financial proposals, and unless passed it was impossible for Government to carry on. He also anneunced that there was no intention to include mining properties under the proposal, but would collect an income tax from dividend paying companies.
