Grey River Hospital.

(Our Correspondent). _____ A public meeting was convened in Mr McKechnie's billiard room, Dunganville, on S iturd iy evening last for the' purpose of electing a hospital committee for the ..ensuing year. The following persons were duly elected : — Messrs Theyers, McKrackan, Grimmelmann, Hugh, Patterson, senior, Gilberson, Johnston, Kelly, Roberts and Jackson. They will canvass the district next week for voluntary contributions and sale of annual ticke is : of admission to the above institution. The recent dry weather will no doubt be slightly against the success of the canvassers, but despite these adverse climatic changes the miners, generally speaking, have a £, put by for this charitable purpose.
