Blowitz, the Paris correspondent of The Times, wires that persistent rumors are afloat that Government is encouraging the Court of Cassation not to obtain dh'ect proof that tho secret dossier was not shown to Dreyfus, counsel thus permitting the Court to quash the trial on the ground that Henry's forgery and suicide are not new facts justifying the revision of the case.
(Received April 20, afc 1 a m) London, April i 9. Referring to Esterhazy's statement that General Gou3e remarked to Picquart " If you keep silent no one will know," Blowitz states that Picquarfc exclaimed " The suggestion is abominable, I refuse to carry the secret to the tomb."
