THE AUCKLAND HOSPITAL CASE.
[rBR PBESS ASSOCIATION.] Auckland, February 12. The hospital enquiry is proceeding to day in the harbor board buildings, before Sir Maurice O'Rourke and Dr Mirbacb, Mr Roes appears for Miss Arnaboldi, Mi Cooper for Dr Collins, Mr Cotter for Mi M'Kenzle and friends, and Mr O'Meaghei for Mr Berry's son. Miss . Arnaboldi wai examined at length, the Commissioners noi accepting previous evidence on the ground that she had been questioned as an experl without showing qualifications to give ex> pert evidence. Her statements are sub stantially the Bame as those made before the previous commission. There are t large number of witnesses and the enquirj may pobably last several days.
