In the Divorce Court this morning Hpnora Kathleen Godden applied for dissolution of marriage witn Dajavers Stephen Godden on the grounds of cruelty and adultery. Respondent who was formerly engaged in the Public Works Department here, is now in Melbourne, and the Chief Justice granted a, decree nisi with costs against him.
