GREYMOUTH RIFLE CLUB.
A meeting of the above club was held on Tuesday evening last at the Post Office Hotel, about 20 members being present, when the distances and conditions of the competition for the cup presented by Captain M'Kay were arranged. The distances decided upon were 200, 300, 4^o, and 500 yards, five shots at each range, on competition sach week — on Friday and Saturday mornings, commencing at six o'clock, and on Saturday afternoons at 2 30. Entries will be taken at the Post Office Hotel until 10 o'clock every Thursday evening, a book being left at the hotel for Intending competitors to enter their names and time of shooting. AH members should interview the secretary and pay their subscriptions to save disappointment, as one of the rules to b* enforced 13 that a'l wishing to compete shall have first paid their dues to the club.
