[retjxeu's telegrams.] (Received December 2, at 1.30 a.m.) ARMISTICE DOUBTFUL. "Vienna, December 2. It is considered doubtful whether an armistice between Bnlgaria and Servia will take place. Prince Alexander demands not only an indemnity but the Bulgarian occupation of Pirot and Labchar as a guarantee of the due payment.
