THE HOME ELECTIONS.
London, December 1. Sir Richard Cross has been returned for Lancashire. So far 160 Conservatives have been elected, 182 Liberals, and 29 Parnellites.

In the election for Hampstead, the Marquis of Lome was defeated by Sir Henry Holland, the Conservative candidate.
