Melbourne, December 18. The Commissioner of Trade and Cus-. Toms has fined a merchant LISOO for passing false invoices. The amount ia stated as being below the value of the goods. December 20. Government have decided to make a call of the House for January 18th, on the second reading of the Reform Bill in the Assembly. Adelaide, December 20. The South Australian Parliament meets on 4th January.
