Wellington, October 20. At the Supreme Court, before a special juay, the case of C. Farrell v. O'Malley was heard. It was an action brought to recover L2OOO for injuries received by plaintiff through negligencß of the defendant. At 9.30 p.m. the jury returned with a verdict for plaintiff for L 250.
