* [FEOM 4 CORRESPOND EffT. J Nelson, Deo. Mr O'Conor addressed a large meeting of 700 persons last night. Mr M'Lean moved a vote of confidence. There was no amendment moved. The motion was carried by 125 to 87. The meeting was packed by boys and O'Conor's supporters from the country. No importance is attached- to the resolution. Mr Curtis holds a meeting to-night. His supporters are very sanguine.
