TE EARAKA LIBRARY (Special to the Times) At tho annual meeting a special tribute was paid to the untiring work oi tho secretary, Mr. M. Bell. Much excellent progress in tho library affairs was shown in the annual report presented by the chairman, Mr B. McCauley. A large number of new books had been procured. It was decided to have a suggstion box. Officers elected wore: Chairman. Mi. B. CcCaulay; lion, secretary and treasurer, Mr. M. Bell; hon. auditor, Mr. J. G. Appleton; committees Mesdamcs M. Brown, R. Stevenson, Messrs L. Earnshnw, V. Elect and G. Bush.
