RIOTS.IN NICE NIC©, July 12. Two thousand police find Cavil Guards woo called out. to suppress trouble between Rightists and Leftist., arising from a meeting of the Popular Party attended by 10,GOO people. Communists arid Socialists barred the streets. Fights were numerous, many people being admitted to the hospitals. Cafe tables were upset and crockery was smashed. A patriot who wrapped himself in a, French flag- tried to force himself through the Communist ranks. He was deprived of the tricolour and severely, inj.u cd before being rescued. Another man crying ‘ ‘Viva Mussolini,” was removed in an ambulance. .T :o rots continue.
