The national,'debt would .stand at 33,730. million dollars, an increase of approximately T3,U00 million debar-! since the .inauguration of President ltooseyeltV against which the Secirctarv claimed we.ro offsets of 40GB million dollars returnable under loans granted private individuals by y the Government, and 2000 million dollars profit from the gold devaluation. Thai- Government expenditure for 193*3 would total 8000 million dollars.
