Each of the guests to be succumbing to evil desires, and Wright’s attack upon ’Stasia leads to his death at the hands of an intincrant music’an ’Stasia and th j Stranger are in turn suspected of being concerned in tin crime, but the dying musician confesses. They go on to find the Stranger. but only ’Stasia sres him go in the dim light of early morning. Conrad Veidt plays the Stranger, with gentle symiiath.v. Frank Collier. :s seen as Wright. R.utrix Lehmann as Aliss Kite, and Rene Rav as ’Stasia.
