A sensational nee id enl occurred at Kauaoranga Valley, when a sedan car driven by the owner, S. Dick, manager of the Waitalcaruru choose factory, and containing Ids sister, Mrs Mitchell, her husband and their two children, and Miss Lorna D'ick, so mesa ulted, righted itself and burst into flames and was consumed. The party had a miraculous hurried escape and suffered a shaking.

TIMARU, Jan. 6.
Helen Lilian McKay (21), single, died in hospital following an accident on Wniiti road, when a car driven by John McLean Hunter, -overturned early this morning.
