Wellington, on her maiden voyage to the New Zealand station, to replace the Laburnum, arrived completely unheralded in Sydney to-day. She called here to refuel. Her officers and ratings are delighted on arrival at a large c-ity where they could obtain news, get a real meal and have a look, at the theatres and stadiums. The sloop, which is of 1300 tons, left England on February 5. making only short stops in the Mediterranean and at the Near East ports.
