TOLTSH-GERAIAN SECR ET TREATY. (U.P.A. by Elec. Tel. Copyright.) PARIS, April 23 Le Journal has been quick to find a reason for Ithe publication of the alleged Polish-German secret treaty. It sa\’s that it is a Soviet political manoeuvre to force France to sign the Russo-Ffench' treaty without the condition of military co-opera-tion. It adds that the Polish-German story published in a provincial newspaper on April 3 was an obvious fake. It is mere than a coincidence that it is revived now.
