It is learned that Germany’s note to tlie Pclwers colitest the rights of those Governments comprising tho League Council to create themselves Germany's! judges. Germany views the Council’s decision as an attempt at now special treatment for Gcrmririy arid consequently she resolutely rejects flio Council’s resolution. Germany reserves the right shortly to define her attitude towards the different questions mentioned in tho Council decision. BERLIN, April 20. Germany's protest is addressed to the thirteen powers which supported tile League resolution,, including Australia. (Received April 21, 5 p.in.j PARIS, April 21. The text of the German protest has been issued. It accords with the forecast already cabled, except that it “challenges tho right of governihents” .to sit in judgment on Germany instead of “contests” them. It also refers to tho new discrimination against Germany instead of “special treatrilerit.” It is somi-offieially stated that the note is unimportant and does not require an answer as a further note is intended. Moreover, the Powers had not asked Germany’ to accept the resolution The Petit Parisien declares that the argument is sjrecions and Without foundritibn. Nobody believes that Germany is an innoccrit victim. ' COPENHAGEN, April 21.
Germany also sent a protest to Denmark in order to acquaint her of tho situation.
