(Received April 14, 8.55 p.m.) f LONDON, April 13. “Now is the time to begin, -when material is cheap, labor abundant, and money idle”,, said Air Lloyd George,, again, discussing his New Deal at a. crowded meeting at_ Glasgow. i He explained how difficult it was to. enter fully into details pending the Government’s decision. “I shall meet a formidable Cabinet sub-com-mittee on April 18, with trepidation”, he said, “but I am confident that the practicability of iny proposals will carry me through. When the Government has finally decided, I shall publish the full memorandum to allow the country to judge the merits of tho scheme.”
