PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSIONER TO GO. (Press Association). WELLINGTON, April 11. Mr Coates announced today that the Public Service Commissioner, Paul Verchafelt, would accompany him to London to act. as assistant during the meat negotiations. Mr A. D. Thomson will act as. Public Service Commissioner, and Mr T. Mark as assistant commissioner. In announcing that the Public Service Commissioner. Air Versehaffelt, would, accompany him to London to act as his assistant during the meat discussions, Mr Coates said there were many difficult problems to ho faced, at Home ,nud h,e was anxious he should have the advantage of ah assistant possessing a legal mind. Mr Versphaffelt, in addition to being n barrister and 'Solicitor, was a qualified accountant, and' in Mr Coates’s opinion would he an acquisition to the. delegation. - Mr Coates is also taking his personal secretary, Miss H. D. M'ontagiie
