DEATH OF WOMAN SURVIVOR OF MEETING. (D P.A. bv Elec Tel. Copyright) (Received April 9, 5.5 p.m.) CALCUTTA, April 8. Mrs. A. M. White, a survivor of the Indian Mutiny, died at Cawnporc, aged 83 years. Her diary iccords giving water to the wounded British troops at Agra. Her husband was a drummer boy in the Bengal Native Infantry in Benares, when the mutiny broke out. The regiment was disarmed and White joined the force which later relieved Cawnporc. Ho died in 1927.
